2022 AGM Notification

An Annual General Meeting for members of the Vale of Berkeley Railway Charitable Trust is being held on Saturday 15th October 2022 at 10am in the Sharpness Village Hall, Oldminster Road, GL13 9NA.

Members may propose resolutions which must be received by 24th September 2022. Note that a resolution may only be properly proposed if it is lawful and is not defamatory, frivolous, or vexatious.

Our constitution allows for a maximum of 12 Trustees, we currently have 7 with 2 trustees standing down as part of the constitution’s requirement for trustees to stand down on a rotational basis. If you would like to nominate a trustee, the attached nomination form must be completed in full and returned by 24th September 2022.
